Rowena Bach, Entry Level Director
I am an Early Careers/ Future talent specialist leader with 15 years’ experience of setting talent strategies (people and digital), consulting, leading change programmes and teams, delivering commercial value with high customer satisfaction. Prior to joining TMP to lead the Entry Level Talent thinking here, I was Head of Product Development with MyKindaFuture building services for clients to reach, engage, and recruit young people aged 12 – 24 yrs. I am deeply passionate about the value of young people to employers and regularly speak at industry events or write on the topic for trade press. In the last 18 months I’m proud to say that my work has been recognised by the CIPD People Management awards for its innovation and relevance to young people today.
My deep focus on this demographic, and from previously positions in HR & Talent leadership roles at Disney and BSkyB, means that I bring a strategic yet practical, 360 perspective to our clients. Her client experience spans both private and public sector, across industries from VW Automobiles through to Shell, or M&S through to Vodafone. My current role involves helping clients get to know the evolving Gen Z landscape, understanding and utilising the Apprenticeship Levy, attracting and retaining diverse candidates in the recruitment process, and ensuring that emerging talent pipelines match the needs of your business.
