Interesting to see which businesses are  looking to draw up “no jab, no job” contracts for employees, as the government admitted that it was “up to businesses” if they wanted workers or customers to hold coronavirus vaccination passports.

Whilst the government will not introduce domestic vaccine passports — an idea that raises many moral and legal issues — Nadhim Zahawi, vaccines minister, acknowledged that some companies might press ahead with their own schemes. Barchester Healthcare & Pimlico Plumbers have already stated they won't offer jobs to people who refuse to have the vaccine - without medical acceptable reasons.

However with Office for National Statistics (ONS) data indicating that only 49% of black or black British adults say they would be likely to get a COVID-19 vaccine, compared with 85% of white adults, are we going to see representation in the workplace and engagement going backwards?

Let's hope not.
