From attraction to on-boarding and beyond, establishing and maintaining a strong trusting partnership with your RPO provider is key to the successful outsourcing of any part of your recruitment.  

As a coach, I am really interested in interpersonal dynamics and in contributing to the success of others and, as a Recruitment Operations Manager having a great relationship with my clients is an element of my role that I really enjoy and make time to work hard at. 

For me, its important to remember that whist we are working with organisations that have their own objectives and personalities, that I am also working with individuals who have theirs, and part of my role is to support them. It's about understanding how they work, what's important to them, building a strong and trusting working relationship and really caring about the people I am interacting with.
