A real life example of using AI to perform the first sift in the recruitment process. Its no surprise that consumer giant Unilever have turned to machines to assist in the processing of circa 1.8 million job applications per year.
Using intelligent software has allowed them to build an efficient and effective sifting tool that assesses a candidate from where ever they are. its tests aptitude, logic and reasoning and apetite to risk. This is then over-laid against data from previously successful employees.
Sounds great and certainly a great approach for volume hiring. It even produces a personalised report for each candidate, regardless of outcome, helping to protect and enhance the brand at every stage.
